The following PowerShell sample will provide count of items per forlder for mailbox Order


Get-Mailbox -ResultSize Unlimited -Identity Orders | Get-MailboxFolderStatistics | Select-Object Folderpath, ItemsinFolder | Format-Table -AutoSize
