This article applies to:
Exchange 2010 SP1, Rollup Update 5

In order to get a list of users who don't have a picture in Active Directory use the following command:

     Get-Mailbox -ResultSize Unlimited | Where {$_.HasPicture -eq $False} | Sort-Object Name

If you want to get the opposite, the list of users who do have a photo in AD you would simplye replace the criteria word $False with $True

     Get-Mailbox -ResultSize Unlimited | Where {$_.HasPicture -eq $True} | Sort-Object Name
