CAUSE
An Exchange Rollup update is installed.

SOLUTION
Remove the Exchange Rollup update first, and then remove Exchange 2010 Server.

In Control Panel, under Program and Features, select View installed updates

This will display the list of installed updates you have on the system, among others the installed Exchange Rollup updates.

Remove the Rollup Update and after that run the Exchange Setup again to remove Exchange 2010.
