PROBLEM
When running DCDIAG you receive the following error:

CAUSE
You executed DCDIAG without elevated privileges and User Access Control prevents access to Active Directory

SOLUTION
Right click the command prompt icon and select Run As Administrator. Then run DCDIAG again.
